Christian helped me go from scattered and wearing every hat with 10 employees, to focused and delegating with 16 employees in 3 months. Through Christian's coaching, I was able to identify my strengths and delegate or eliminate the tasks draining my energy.

About Christian Peterson
I believe good work should feel human.
I'm Christian Peterson, a Denver-based founder and coach. I started Creare Studios to help people build what they're creating, with practical tools, personal support, and room to think.
My own path runs through engineering, coaching, and a lasting curiosity about how people do their best work. I bring that mix to each conversation: listen closely, find the useful question, and make space for a next step that feels like yours.
